Cancellation Policy

We do not mail tickets. Kept your receipt handy (digital copy is fine). There are no refunds if you miss a tour for any reason. Usually, no one is available to answer the phones during the tours. Please plan your trip well in advance. If you make a mistake booking, please contact us within 24 hours. We will not be able to give a reimbursement after this time. If booking the same day as the tour, you are responsible to showing up for your tour (no refunds). We will run the tours rain or shine, warm or cold. If we do cancel for any reason, we will send out an email, post to the webpage and on social media.
