Explore the haunted history of Crown Point, Indiana on a chilling 75–90 minute outdoor ghost tour. For 25 years, we’ve uncovered the city’s darkest stories, eerie legends, and restless spirits that linger throughout the historic square.
Visit some of Northwest Indiana’s most notorious paranormal hotspots, including the Old Lake County Courthouse, the Crown Point Jail, the Criminal Court Building, and other haunted locations downtown. Hear tales of John Dillinger, courthouse apparitions, library ghosts, Gypsies Cemetery, and new stories added every year.
Led by our experienced Ghost Hosts, you’ll hear real encounters and take part in interactive ghost‑hunting sessions, including EVP recordings, as you explore Crown Point’s mysterious past.

Valparaiso’s history runs deeper than most towns in NWI — and I’ve been studying it since the early 2000s. These stories aren’t just ghost tales; they’re woven into the city’s fires, scandals, tragedies, and unbelievable historical moments that shaped the community.

Who’s ready for some ghosts and some boos in Crown Point?
Join us for our Pub Crawl Ghost Tour — a spirited night of drinks, dark history, haunted bars, and Crown Point’s most chilling ghost stories.
These tours follow the same haunted path as our walking tours, but with a twist: adult humor, bar‑specific ghost tales, EVP audio, and a lively atmosphere that makes the night unforgettable. You’ll hear many of the classic Crown Point stories, plus additional hauntings tied directly to the bars we visit.
What You’ll Experience
We’ll stop at the first haunted bar, then visit 2–3 additional haunted establishments, depending on time and the energy of the group. Between each stop, we explore the haunted sites in between — blending spirited history with spirited drinks.
Inside each bar, you’ll have time to enjoy the atmosphere, grab a beverage, and hear the darker stories connected to the building. Our guides also share their own experiences, some involving ghosts… and some involving the bars.

The Walking Pub Crawl Ghost Tour of Valparaiso
Valparaiso Pub Crawl Ghost Tour
Join us for 2.5 hours of drinks, laughs, ghost stories, and the wonderfully weird history of Valparaiso. Our Pub Crawl Ghost Tours follow the same haunted path as our walking tours, but with a twist: adult humor, EVP audio, bar‑specific ghost tales, and a lively atmosphere that makes the night unforgettable.
You’ll hear many of Valpo’s classic stories, plus additional hauntings tied directly to the bars we visit. One of our most popular stops is the Valpo Elks Club — once a funeral home, now a bar with a chilling past. They still use the old body cooler to keep the beer cold, and the bartenders have some incredible ghost encounters to share.
Other stories include hauntings at the Old Jail, the Courthouse, Peddlers Pizza, the Franklin House, the Opera House, and many more eerie locations throughout downtown.
We’ll visit 3–4 haunted drinking establishments, depending on time and the energy of the group. Between stops, we explore the haunted sites in between — blending Valpo’s spirited history with spirited drinks. Inside each bar, you’ll have time to enjoy the atmosphere, grab a beverage, and hear the darker stories tied to the building.
